This policy explains what data may be processed when you visit francoisboulard.com, why it is processed and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller

Data and purposes
- Technical navigation: IP address, security logs, browser information and information needed for Cloudflare to deliver the site securely.
- Contact: information you provide is used only to prepare and continue the exchange.
- Optional audience measurement: with your agreement, Google Analytics receives information about visited pages, traffic sources and browser identifiers to measure traffic and improve content.
- Display preference: your light or dark theme choice is held locally in your browser.
Legal bases
Processing necessary for operation, security and answering a request relies on legitimate interest or relevant pre-contractual measures. Optional audience measurement relies on prior consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time through Manage cookies.
Audience measurement and embedded content
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you agree to audience measurement. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. UTM campaign parameters are retained for attribution; other query parameters and fragments are excluded from the page URL sent. Withdrawing consent disables collection, deletes Analytics cookies and reloads the page. Your choice is stored for six months; Analytics cookies expire after one year, without renewal on every visit. YouTube videos and embedded LinkedIn publications load no third-party content before your explicit consent. Once allowed, these services may process information under their own rules.
Retention and recipients
Technical logs are retained for the period needed for security and administration. Contact data is retained for the time needed to follow up an exchange, then deleted or archived where applicable. Recipients are strictly necessary technical providers, including Cloudflare, and optional services only when you have authorised them.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time. Email boulard.francois@icloud.com with your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Changes
This policy may change to reflect changes to the site, services used or the legal framework. The update date at the top of the page identifies the version in force.
